This Tesla Model Y rear bumper wiring harness is an OE-referenced replacement component for 2020-2025 vehicles. It is selected for repair-shop use where correct placement, practical fitment, and efficient installation matter. Use the primary OE and related market OE references below to match the part family shown on repair estimates, donor parts, and supplier listings.
Product Overview
The rear bumper wiring harness routes low-voltage electrical connections across the rear fascia area so bumper-mounted electrical components can communicate with the vehicle harness. It is commonly replaced after rear-impact repair, connector damage, water intrusion, broken clips, or harness cuts during bumper removal. A complete, correctly routed harness helps restore factory-style connector locations and reduces rewiring time during collision repair.

Important Installation Notes
- Disconnect low-voltage power as required by the repair procedure before harness service.
- Route the harness through the factory clips and retainers and keep wiring clear of impact absorbers, sharp edges, and moving parts.
- Inspect all connectors and pins before installation; replace damaged retainers rather than securing the harness loosely.
- Confirm all connected bumper electrical functions after reassembly.
