Return Policy for Auto Body Shops & Wholesale Partners

UM Auto Supply supports auto body shops, collision repair centres, wholesale buyers, repair facilities, and Tesla parts distributors throughout British Columbia and Canada.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product when the following conditions are met:

• The product is brand new
• The product has not been installed
• The product has not been used
• The product remains in original unopened packaging

Customers located in Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, and the Lower Mainland may arrange local return support or warehouse drop-off services.

Opened Products

Opened Tesla parts may still qualify for return if the issue is related to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product quality concerns
• Incorrect fitment
• Fitment issues caused by the product itself

Installed, painted, modified, altered, or damaged products are generally not eligible for return unless the issue is verified as a product quality or fitment defect.

Retail Customer Return Policy

For Tesla owners and retail customers across Canada, UM Auto Supply accepts returns within 7 days after delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is unused
• The product has not been installed
• The product remains in unopened packaging
• The product is still in resale condition

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping error, or verified quality issue, UM Auto Supply will assist with reasonable return shipping support.

Shipping Damage Claims Across Canada
