Warranty Coverage

United Motion Auto Supply Ltd. provides a 1-year or 30,000-kilometer limited warranty (whichever comes first) on all non-consumable automotive parts, unless otherwise stated.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and verified fitment under normal use and proper installation.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, misuse, or modification
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or environmental exposure
• Labor costs, diagnostic fees, towing, vehicle downtime, or any consequential or incidental damages

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Vehicle information and installation details if requested

All warranty claims are subject to verification and inspection.

Resolution

At our discretion, approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund of the product value only. No additional compensation will be provided.
